F&I Manager position with great income potential in a large growing Toyota dealer in Central Jersey. Dayton Toyota is adding to a very successful team to continue to grow. Requirements

• 3 yrs F&I experience a must

Responsibilities

• Working with sales management and staff to maximize dealer profits
• Calling in and re hashing deals with banks to maximize approvals
• Maintaining integrity and fairness with our customers
• Cultivating relationships with banks
• Organizing deals and working together with office staff to ensure smooth deal transitions
• Miscellaneous administrative duties
