About The Position
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and business support Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting Experience supporting business partners within a complex, highly matrixed global organization Advanced proficiency in Excel Demonstrated ability to consolidate, synthesize, and report on large volumes of financial data Experience operating in a consultative finance business partner role Proven experience supporting a commercial organization or function Effective verbal and written communication skills for business and financial audiences Experience supporting a medium to large-sized organization Master's degree or MBA Familiarity with Hyperion Planning and SAP Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority Experience leading or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Interest in professional growth and progression into more senior finance roles Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated financial analysis experience with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
