About The Position

We are seeking a Finance Manager who is passionate about assisting customers in securing financing for their vehicles. In this role, you will manage finance and insurance activities, prepare accurate documentation, and promote extended service contracts and protection products to enhance customer satisfaction. This full-time position is based at our Canton, Michigan location. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of dealership experience preferred.
  • Confident and professional appearance with a strong personality.
  • Reliable and highly professional work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient math skills.
  • Competent with computers and internet applications.

Responsibilities

  • Present vehicle financing and insurance options clearly to customers, including aftermarket products and warranties.
  • Assist customers in obtaining financing that complies with state and federal laws.
  • Prepare all required state and federal documents accurately and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure favorable financing terms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth referrals and communication regarding finance and lease programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
