Mazda of Columbia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• Must run minimum of $2000 PVR and 45% VSC penetration.
• 5 day CIT on average
• Strong understanding of finance and legal compliance related to automotive financing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in finance software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• PVR, CIT, and compliance
• Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to structure financing packages tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current lending sources, credit unions, and finance companies.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Train and supervise finance department staff as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
