About The Position

Purpose of role:
The Finance Manager, reporting to the CEO Snow Grooming U.S., is responsible for overseeing financial performance across multiple U.S. Regional Distribution centers (RDC). This role ensures strong financial controls, multi-state compliance, operational profitability, and strategic alignment with North American and European headquarters’ processes and objectives. The Finance Manager acts as a business partner to Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations leadership, supporting both equipment distribution and aftermarket service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• You are a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, and use them with ease.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all monthly and annual activities related to the preparation of financial statements, budget, and financial forecasts, in accordance with the requirements of the European headquarter.
• Develop, prepare, and present various financial reports and analyses to support informed decision making and ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor development and capital investment projects.
• Actively act as an important participant in the audit process for the U.S. entity to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage Sales Tax compliance and contribute to the U.S. corporate tax filings.
• Apply recognized accounting standards and validate the accuracy of financial information in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and applicable internal controls.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with other teams/departments as part of special or innovative projects
• Manage the full treasury cycle and optimize Working Capital.
