About The Position

Responsible for leading Wafer sites financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with site operations, central finance, and cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives, as well as ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred
  • 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Experience in leading financial transformation and automation projects
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and financial reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of budgeting processes and accounting principles
  • Strong financial analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Strong project management and business case development skills
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of assumption changes and recommend improvements
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team of two Finance Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement with strong analytical and business partnering capabilities
  • Assist GMs to drive operation efficiency and performance improvement
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for site spending, capital, inventory, and operational costs
  • Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast; provide insights and recommendations to improve results
  • Consolidate divisional spending and perform detailed product-level cost analysis
  • Drive blueprint cost initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
  • Champion automation and transformation projects to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations to track and control departmental budgets, unit rates, scrap, and inventory
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and financial decision-making
  • Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investments
  • Act as finance representative at site, ensuring smooth implementation of financial policies and processes
  • Serve as communication bridge between central finance and site operations
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and analyses
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
