Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management (F&I Manager or similar).
• Proven record of achieving F&I goals and delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
• Stable work history and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack).

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products with transparency and enthusiasm.
• Structure and finalize deals that align with both customer needs and dealership goals.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and lender requirements.
