About The Position
Manager, Finance Location- DeLand, FL Location: DeLand, FL (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 remote) Salary: $84,400 – $129,200 / yr + $10,500 variable Employment Type: Permanent Candidate Fit Summary Finance Leadership: 2+ years managing finance teams; experience in delegation, mentoring, and operational oversight. Financial Systems & Reporting: Expert in COGNOS & Crystal Reports; advanced Excel modeling for pricing, profitability, and operations. Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL queries, relational databases, and business process optimization. Team & Project Management: Skilled at leading teams, managing priorities, and developing reports for senior leadership. Executive Communication: Experienced in presenting financial insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership. Education & Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred. Industry Experience: Healthcare/lab experience beneficial; adaptable to industry-specific finance processes. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), financial modeling, and report generation.
