Position Summary Position is responsible for leading a team of employees, either directly or indirectly. Position is responsible for training and developing others. Incumbent will generally understand business item usage (budgets, ROI, margins, markets, customers, competitors, business forecasts, legal items, etc.) for RU/BU. Interprets and implements objectives and assigns specific actions applying to immediate area. Position works within management direction. Position can also be a manager of processes and projects without direct reports. Economic Value co-champion with operational lead. The position is responsible for the day to day quoting, costing, and analysis activities within the Finance Department. Provides exposure to all aspects of the business including financial performance measurement, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic planning. This individual will contribute to the development and implementation of site safety and health goals, objectives, rules and procedures. He/she will actively participate in the Global Star Safety Framework (GSSF) program, as well as, follow all EHS rules, procedures and policies.
