About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a high-volume automotive dealership in the Mobile, AL area. This position plays a key role in driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and delivering a strong customer experience within the finance department. The Finance Manager will partner closely with sales leadership to secure financing, structure deals, and maximize back-end revenue.

Requirements

• Prior automotive finance experience required
• Strong knowledge of indirect lending and dealership finance operations
• Proven ability to maximize back-end profit and maintain compliance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing options, service contracts, and protection products to customers
• Structure deals in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies
• Work with lenders to secure approvals and funding
• Manage finance-related paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and internal teams
• Maximize back-end gross through product penetration and proper deal structuring
• Train and support sales staff on financing programs and compliance
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the finance process
