Requirements

• Automotive dealership finance experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of F&I products, lender programs, and compliance
• Proven ability to close deals with integrity and transparency
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Present and explain finance and insurance options clearly and professionally
• Secure competitive financing through approved lenders
• Ensure full compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes
• Contribute to dealership performance goals and customer satisfaction standards
