Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Lead the monthly financial close process and prepare internal financial statements in compliance with GAAP. 2. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads and executive leadership. 3. Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive performance improvements. 4. Support business units with cost analysis, capital expenditure tracking, and ROI modeling. 5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics across the organization. 6. Ensure accuracy of financial data, including revenue recognition, expense allocations, and intercompany transactions. 7. Assist in financial planning related to new product launches, market expansions, or infrastructure investments. 8. Partner with Accounting and FP&A teams to ensure consistency in reporting and compliance. 9. Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls. 10. Manage and mentor junior financial analysts or accountants. 11. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, board meetings, and investor updates. 12. Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, and legal advisors during audits or regulatory filings. 13. Other duties as required or assigned.
