What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and implement cross-training initiatives to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities, contributing to the development of standard management reports.
• Review financial documents, account analyses, and consolidated reporting packs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Produce financial reports and analyses as needed.
• Review and approve monthly journal entries, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate the research, development, and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, promoting consistency and standard methodologies.
• Effectively exchange complex information, manage performance expectations, and facilitate consensus among collaborators.
• Model behaviors consistent with things we value and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex issues, applying knowledge of interdepartmental integration to drive improvements in execution.
