About The Position

The Finance Manager is responsible for generating maximum finance, insurance, and fee income for the dealership via internal and external commercial equipment sales and referrals A Day in The Life May Include Market finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers through established lender relationships. Partner closely with the equipment sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Evaluate customer risk using credit reports and financial statements. Ensure all vehicle sale and lease paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting finance and vehicle transactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lending or finance with a proven record of success.
  • Strong financial and numerical skills to evaluate credit and structure deals.
  • Ability to assess customer risk and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; able to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible to work beyond standard hours; valid Driver’s and Occupational License (within 60 days of hire).
