The Commercial Products & Infrastructure (CPI) organization is responsible for driving Microsoft cloud & Artificial Intelligence (AI) capacity, margin excellence and resource allocation rigor across Microsoft’s portfolio. Within The Margin Strategy & Investment Optimization (MSIO) organization, the Investment Optimization Strategy finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply with engineering leaders to ensure $20B+ resources across ~100K engineering FTEs are continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities. This Finance Manager - Commercial Products & Infrastructure position requires a motivated and agile system thinker who can demonstrate intellectual curiosity and navigate ambiguity and complexity to be the trusted finance advisor to our engineering leaders and drive success for our business partners. This team/role has scope across 7 SLT engineering organizations to enable a consistent, portfolio-based view and strategic approach to ensure Microsoft investments in engineering headcount resources are reflected in accurate, timely and industry-leading views.
