About The Position

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for advanced space and national security programs. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to ensure disciplined execution and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of finance experience, including program finance in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with program leadership and engineering teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual per 8 U.S. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting government contracts and compliance environments.
• Experience with EVMS or similar cost/schedule performance frameworks.
• Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead program financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support delivery commitments.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to forecast program performance and inform leadership decisions.
• Assess program risks and opportunities and support risk mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to drive disciplined financial execution.
