About The Position

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across departments Conduct performance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with business units to understand operational dynamics and deliver tailored financial insights Support the annual and quarterly financial planning cycles, including data collection, review, and presentation Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data to inform leadership decisions Maintain and enhance financial dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Excel and other analytics platforms

Requirements

• Solid experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience in financial reporting and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to support strategic financial decision -making
• Experience managing financial planning cycles and business insights
