Richland Library is seeking to hire a Full-Time Finance Manager at our Main location . Sample Duties: Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, influencing workflows and priorities to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with staff to plan and manage daily activities, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks. Maintain compliance with GAAP, GASB, and all federal, state, and local regulations; research legislation and advise on financial risks. Oversee accounting records, payroll operations, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity. Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and bank statement reviews; monitor restricted accounts. Support Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Procurement processes; perform audits to ensure internal control compliance. Maintain and update the general ledger, including accounts, funds, and grants; process all revenue streams. Handle treasury management, including fund transfers and investment tracking. Partner with HR on payroll and benefits audits; ensure proper recording of payroll liabilities. Oversee fixed asset inventory and safeguard procedures. Manage financial transactions for Friends and Foundation of Richland Library; reconcile donor and financial databases. Prepare for and support annual audits, grant reporting, and contract management. Review and maintain contracts and related documentation. Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development activities.
