About The Position

As the Finance Manager, you will be a vital member of our management team, responsible for overseeing the financial health and long-term growth of the organization. This is a high-impact role where you will manage financial operations across three distinct entities—DecisivEdge, CorVant, and 5thPort. You will ensure strong governance, compliance, and fiscal discipline across our global footprint in the United States, India, and Canada. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance high-level financial planning and cross-border accounting with a hands-on approach to execution. Responsibilities
