About The Position

Finance Manager needs 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance Finance Manager requires: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, and lookups) SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency Experience with different ERPs (SAP or Oracle) is a plus Experience in budgeting software (Hyperion, OneStream, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis support for leadership to improve visibility and to drive decision making
• Develop, standardize and automate financial and operational performance reports using different reporting tools and data sources
• Drive centrialization for ERP Projects to capture the projects highlights, risks and opportunities
• Document changes in project scope for financial implications
• Continuous Improvement activities in reporting to ensure standardization, efficiency and best practice
• Work with IT Finance team on various projects (Dashboard, policies, etc.)
