As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive financial project management, manufacturing and cost analysis. Reporting into the CFO organization you will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, manage finance project analysts, key KPIs and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting. Your role will involve partnering with FP&A, supporting all audits, and performing special analyses on operating costs and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement. Furthermore, you will oversee the reconciliation of project costs with Project Controls and prepare key project cost analysis to CFO, CEO and SVP of Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
  • Proficiency with Power BI, python and or sequel to create key dashboards with data flow
  • Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing and technical financial analytics
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Key leadership traits to manage and lead of team with change management
  • Active “Q” or Top Secret security clearance
