About The Position
Bob Boyte Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our auto group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to strategic financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights on business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial performance and support business goals.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Lead financial audits and work closely with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
