About The Position

Advantage Dealer Group is excited to launch Advantage Honda of Fox Lake, a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, and we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager
to join our leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-up store opening
with strong support, high volume potential, and clear growth opportunities within our organization.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting F&I products, ensuring compliance, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
• Strong knowledge of lenders, deal structuring, and compliance
• Proven track record of performance in F&I production
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers
• Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection plans, etc.)
• Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability and compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure legal compliance
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth deal flow
• Deliver a transparent, professional, and efficient customer experience
