The Finance Manager, US Commercial Monitoring & Analytics, leads financial compliance monitoring and analytics for Speaker Programs, Speaker Training, and Advisory Boards across US Therapeutics and Aesthetics. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of Healthcare Provider (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) financial data, supporting Sunshine Act reporting and broader compliance requirements. This position combines analytics, compliance oversight, and team leadership, driving a risk-based monitoring framework. The position leads a team of three Senior Financial Analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, or business technology required
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in audit, finance, or accounting.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with PowerBI and Dataiku preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Speaker Program, Speaker Training, and Advisory Board Monitoring Program to ensure compliance with ‘Sunshine’ reporting requirements
  • Develop a risk-based comprehensive risk-based Speaker Program monitoring framework, incorporating vendor-identified and spot monitoring program reviews.
  • Review monitoring results to detect patterns and recurring issues, create targeted remediation strategies, and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Own and evolve the Speaker Programs Analytics Platform (Power BI) for quarterly leadership reporting and decision making
  • Review the quarterly reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate event closure
  • Develop dashboards and system solutions (e.g., PowerBI, Dataiku) to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Internal Audit and Office of Ethics and Compliance teams to ensure risk-based approach to monitoring transaction accuracy
  • Drive process improvements to ensure efficient work processes
  • Calculate and publish third-party vendor SLAs
  • Complete external and internal audits, investigations, and legal requests
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 Senior Financial Analysts, maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timely deliverables
