About The Position

Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is recruiting for a Finance Manager Internal Reporting, reporting into the Sr. Finance Manager for Commercial Data Analytics & Reporting. The ideal location for the role is New Brunswick, NJ, however we will also consider candidates to work out of our offices in New Jersey; Pennsylvania; Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom or Zug, Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. This position is a transformational role that will support the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities as part of the SigniFi program. SigniFi is a multi-year global finance transformation program, bringing the latest technology and best-in-class financial processes to J&J. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting required.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing FP&A processes / tools in a global organization.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls and USGAAP.
  • Broad understanding of the J&J operating model and diverse experience obtained in finance roles is strongly preferred.
  • Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach.
  • Experience leading project timelines and milestones in complex business environments.
  • Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP or MBA / Master’s are preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with developing reporting capabilities using SAP Analytics Cloud, or other comparable reporting applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy analytical and management reporting capabilities for the enterprise with a focus on commercial capabilities (sales, IBP).
  • Evolve and enhance current reporting capabilities in Analysis for Office and SAP Cloud Analytics reporting tools, per business prioritization.
  • Work with key partners in various finance teams to provide analytics, governance, and training, supporting reporting capabilities at local, regional and sector level.
  • Collaborate with extended Reporting team to pursue Innovation capabilities.
  • Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
  • Partner with change management, communications, and training teams.
