We're seeking a dynamic Finance Manager who will transform complex financial data into compelling business narratives that shape leadership decisions. Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and financial storytelling. You'll dive deep into financial models, uncover hidden business opportunities, and translate intricate numerical landscapes into clear, actionable recommendations that drive our global entertainment ecosystem forward. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, or CPA
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct strategic analyses that illuminate business performance and potential growth opportunities
  • Manage and report on headcount and operating expenses with precision and insight
  • Collaborate with business and finance leaders to deliver nuanced financial recommendations
  • Create ad-hoc analyses that provide clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting and strategic planning
