About The Position

This position is located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. It is not remote and will require at least 3 days in office. Employer is not currently sponsoring work visas for this position. The Financial Manager is an integral part of T-Mobile’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team supporting T-Mobile for Business. The role will be primarily responsible for the forecasting and reporting of all revenue financials. It will require strong abilities to automate financial models and dashboards while clearly communicating financial outcomes and insights across business partners and senior leadership. The ability to develop cross-functional partnerships and communicate in-depth analytical results to senior leadership are keys to success. The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen, is highly analytical and comfortable with ambiguity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant quantitative discipline
  • 6+ years of hands-on Finance/Accounting experience, consulting experience a plus
  • Experience building dashboards and reports
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint with strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts in a simple way
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue forecast
  • Create KPI scorecards, dashboards and reports that provide insights on business performance
  • Coordinate the consolidation of financial outcomes, reports, and presentations
  • Ability to create executive level presentations and reports
  • Clearly articulate insights and trends based on financial forecasts and/or financial analysis
  • Ensure tight deadlines are met with accuracy
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Work with teams across the enterprise, including Finance, Accounting and Business Partners to provide reporting solutions to drive enterprise financial results.
