About The Position

As a Finance Manager at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, you will guide customers through the financial aspects of their vehicle purchase, ensuring every transaction is completed accurately, ethically, and in full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations. You will play a critical role in maximizing dealership profitability, maintaining strong lender relationships, and delivering a transparent, positive customer experience. Your professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction, funding timelines, compliance, and overall dealership performance. This position is 100% commission-based, with earnings tied to your performance and success in the F&I seat. Your Impact: The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Customer Finance Experience Assess customers’ financing needs and present finance, payment, and protection options clearly and professionally. Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and other ancillary programs. Ensure transparency, integrity, and customer trust while maximizing profitability. Deal Processing & Compliance: Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals through multiple finance sources while maintaining strong relationships with banks and credit unions. Prepare, review, and accurately complete all finance and insurance paperwork in a legal and ethical manner. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local automotive finance and insurance regulations. Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Management teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate deal processing. Resolve funding or documentation discrepancies to support efficient deal funding and delivery timelines. Performance & Growth: Achieve monthly performance goals for F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay current on lender guidelines and compliance requirements. Requirements

  • Prior automotive F&I experience required; DealerTrack experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to present and sell aftermarket and protection products
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Motivated self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ethical, professional, and customer-focused
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced dealership environment
