About The Position

The Finance Leader FP&A is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving growth and profitability across global markets through exceptional financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support. This role partners directly with global leaders in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Insights, and Commercial functions to deliver actionable insights, optimize resource allocation, manage cost and efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. This role also collaborates with regional and brand FP&A teams to ensure global strategies are effectively translated and executed in regional and local markets. Operating within a dynamic and customer-focused environment, this role leads and influences the development of financial frameworks, oversees planning cycles, and champions the use of advanced analytics and digital tools to modernize FP&A capabilities.

Requirements

8 years of progressive experience in FP&A supporting Sales and Marketing Functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing operations and strategies and associated KPI (such as MQL, SQL, CPA, CLV, Campaign ROI, Conversion Rates)
Demonstrated knowledge of using Marketing Research to develop Marketing and Sales Business Cases different media and sales channels and exposure to media buying.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proven experience supporting commercial, sales, or marketing functions in a global, matrixed organization
Strong proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI)
Demonstrated success in supporting executive-level stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide financial initiatives

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
Experience with global transformation initiatives, shared services, or finance operating model redesign
Experience with digital finance tools and automation
Familiarity with AI tools in financial forecasting and scenario modeling

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for global functions including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards.
Provide strategic financial insights through performing market sizing, customer profitability and demand planning and supporting successful development, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, as well as pricing strategies and other strategic growth initiatives.
Inspire and lead a team of FP&A professionals across geographies.
Ensure the team has the right capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to global functional leaders.
Provide financial guidance and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions, pricing strategies, and investment prioritization.
Collaborate with regional and brand FP&A teams to align global strategies with local execution.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools.
Champion the adoption of digital finance capabilities including data visualization, predictive analytics, and automation.
Support transformation initiatives and global alignment of financial practices.
