About The Position

Position Overview: The FP&A Intern will support the Division Finance team in delivering accurate financial insights, forecasts, and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis focusing on key metrics, variance review, capital process, and reporting within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle epm).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Interest in aerospace and manufacturing industries.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools .
Knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports , including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Support the development of annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts for the division.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) to gather data for financial analysis.
Participate in capital expenditure reviews and assist in ROI analysis for major projects.
Help maintain and improve financial dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and/or BI platforms.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and management decisions.
