About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Intern to support the finance team with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. The intern will work closely with finance and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve internal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field to gain practical, real-world experience in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Prepare and support reclassification journal entries.
Assist with account analysis and resolving discrepancies.
Support cost tracking and internal financial reviews as needed.
Build and maintain financial models related to raw material testing costs.
Support pricing analysis and margin modeling initiatives.
Partner with operations and procurement teams to analyze cost drivers.
Help design and document process flows for batch slot planning and scheduling.
Analyze operational data to improve visibility and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support implementation of structured reporting tools for internal use.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, cost control, and scalability.
Support continuous improvement efforts through analysis, documentation, and implementation tracking.
