About The Position

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. PROGRAM DETAILS: This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, and basic financial modeling)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated interest in finance, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products industries

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze budgets and projections and report and analyze actual results and variances
Partner with their manager to review, develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status for assigned brand
Cost accounting for profit and loss statements by merchandise departments.
Support the tax compliance function by gathering the necessary information and documents needed for sales and use tax returns
Assist with the reporting of sales and prepare and analyze monthly accounts
