Finance Intern
About The Position
1HMX is a global leader in Human Machine eXperience (HMX) solutions, creating innovative, high-performance products that shape how people interact with technology. Our work spans electro-mechanical assemblies, VR components, infection control interfaces, and industrial/medical display systems. We’re seeking a Finance Intern to join our Finance & Accounting team for the summer. This role offers hands-on experience across financial analysis, accounting, treasury activities, international reporting, and special projects. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to U.S. GAAP, foreign entity reporting, cash forecasting, cost analysis, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Accounting or Finance major (2+ years coursework completed)
- Strong Excel & Word skills
- Detail-oriented, motivated, eager to learn
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Must complete pre-employment screening (background check + drug screen).
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required due to federal contract/export control requirements.
- Interns must be willing to live in or commute to the Coeur d’Alene area for the summer (at personal expense).
