This internship is designed to provide broad exposure to a private equity–backed, transformation-stage finance organization, focused on strengthening fundamentals, building scalable finance capabilities, and driving long-term value creation. While the intern's primary responsibilities will be supporting the team through ad-hoc analysis and pricing-related requests, they will work closely alongside senior FP&A leaders to gain firsthand insight into how a scaled finance function operates in a turnaround and growth environment. As a result, the intern will develop a strong foundational understanding of FP&A, strategic finance, and value creation - experience that is directly relevant for future roles in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment-related functions. Areas of Exposure FP&A Operating Model - Exposure to standardized planning processes, tools, and cadences across field and corporate finance. Budgeting & Forecasting - Observe how operating, cash flow, and GAAP forecasts are built, updated, and reviewed in a PE-backed environment. Performance Management - Learn how reporting, board decks, QBR decks and coaching frameworks are used to drive accountability and results. Sales, Marketing & Pricing Analytics - Support ad-hoc analysis and pricing requests; gain insight into revenue drivers, velocity, and conversion economics. Technology & Data - Exposure to FP&A systems, BI dashboards, and data-rich operational reporting. M&A & Long-Range Planning - Observe bolt-on acquisition analysis, integration planning, and long-term financial modeling. PE Sponsor & Value Creation - Learn how finance supports sponsor reporting, value creation plans, and exit readiness initiatives.
