Position Overview: Program Overview Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity in Duluth, MN. Interns are immersed in real work while participating in lunch & learns, ELT discussions, and a final capstone project. Role Overview The Finance Intern will support financial analysis and reporting that helps inform business decisions. This role is designed for someone who enjoys learning how numbers connect to strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Interest in business strategy and financial analysis
Able to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
