Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Solid communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or coursework in financial modeling, corporate finance, or business evaluation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software.
- Interest in innovative industries, sustainable technologies, or corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Operational Analysis: Build automated operational models, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting inputs, tracking expenditures, and identifying trends.
- Process Improvement: Help identify and implement improvements to financial processes, focusing on automation and scalability in a start-up culture.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to projects such as capital expenditure analysis, strategy initiatives, and investor reporting.
