About The Position

This internship is designed to provide broad exposure to a private equity–backed, transformation-stage finance organization, focused on strengthening fundamentals, building scalable finance capabilities, and driving long-term value creation. While the intern's primary responsibilities will be supporting the team through ad-hoc analysis and pricing-related requests, they will work closely alongside senior FP&A leaders to gain firsthand insight into how a scaled finance function operates in a turnaround and growth environment. As a result, the intern will develop a strong foundational understanding of FP&A, strategic finance, and value creation - experience that is directly relevant for future roles in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment-related functions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in relevant field or recently graduated within the past two years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
