About The Position

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Summer 2026 Finance Intern to join the Data Center Power and Control Division Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. What Will You Do? Participate in the monthly financial closing process. Assist with Purchase Order and Accounts Payable Software. Vendor Portal Setup with Supplier information. Draft communications to Vendors regarding various items. Participate in Internal Controls development and audit. Assist the team with helping to automate tasks via AI tools. Other finance and accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s from an accredited college or university studying Accounting, Finance or Business Related field. Completion of one or more semesters of related coursework.
  • Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Requires close attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly in the development of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Display strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking capability.
  • Good work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
  • The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk and communicate with others.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up and carry to 25 pounds.
