What you get to do: Monitor and track all requisitions coded to inventory on Excel spreadsheet for Adventure Island, Park Services / Rides Maintenance, and other departments as needed Send tracking spreadsheets for recording item issuances to departments at the end of each month Prepare entry to recognize expenses based on responses from departments detailing monthly issuances Assist with auditing annual Culinary, Janitorial, Merch, Park Services / Ride Maintenance, and Wardrobe inventories Review monthly committed reports to follow up on missing invoices, missing goods receipts, PO modifications, etc. to clear old outstanding items Assist with printing / distributing hard copy tickets, meal coupons, and other coupons Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, vendors and our Guests Special projects and other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: Currently working on a BA with major in Business, Finance or Accounting Intermediate communication skills Beginner presentation skills Beginner analytical skills A general understanding of financial statements Ability to multi-task and prioritize Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, countifs, sort, filters, charts, graphs etc.) On-site role. No remote option available for this position Ability to sit/stand for several hours at a time. Ability to respond to change and/or interruptions, responding to highly stressful situations requiring immediate action Comfortability with exposure to computer screens.
