What You’ll Do: As a Finance Intern , you will gain hands-on experience working within our finance and accounting team, contributing to key projects that support reporting requirements, monthly close activities, and process automation initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world accounting functions in a manufacturing environment. You’ll assist in preparing and reviewing account reconciliations, performing data analytics, and supporting month-end close responsibilities. You’ll also play a role in our ongoing automation and process improvement projects—validating data accuracy, verifying system functionality, and helping ensure a smooth transition to more efficient financial operations. Throughout this experience, you will gain exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial management systems, learn GAAP-compliant accounting practices, and develop your analytical and technical skills while working closely with experienced finance professionals. This internship will give you valuable insight into how a finance department operates within a large industrial organization, while helping you build foundational skills for a future career in accounting or finance.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with mid-level Excel and Outlook skills
Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Entering Sophomore year or higher
Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam are required for this role
