About The Position

Knoxville Powersports is hiring a Finance & Insurance Manager to take ownership
of deal structure, paperwork, and funding from start to finish.

Requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Process-driven with strong follow-through
• Able to manage multiple deals at once without losing accuracy
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Self-motivated with a high work ethic
• Comfortable discussing financing and add-on products

Nice To Haves

• Experience in finance, lending, automotive, or powersports is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the full financing process from application to funding
• Structure and submit deals to lenders
• Finalize paperwork and ensure deal accuracy
• Present and sell protection products (GAP, service contracts, etc.)
• Handle billing and deal breakdowns internally
• Track deal status daily and resolve funding issues quickly
• Maintain clean, compliant deal files
• Work closely with sales team and management to keep deals moving
