The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used RV and boat customers. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalency degree is required.
• The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits professionally in a way that our customers understand.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Work with banks to contract new business
• Sell and close deals to customers
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
• Work closely with the sales department
• Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life
