Are you ready to join a dynamic team? We’re seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join us at Devils Lake Cars. The Finance & Insurance Manager plays a key role in delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive vehicle-buying experience. This position is responsible for securing financing, collecting payments, presenting protection products, and ensuring every transaction meets federal, state, and lender compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to dealership success while building long-term guest relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive finance experience preferred (or strong automotive sales background with finance knowledge)
  • Solid understanding of auto financing, leasing, and aftermarket products preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Present and explain finance and protection products clearly, ethically, and confidently
  • Structure deals accurately and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements
  • Complete, review, and finalize all finance and lease documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay current on lender programs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize guest satisfaction and dealership profitability
  • Safeguard guest information by following all privacy and data security guidelines
  • Stay up to date on federal, state, and local regulations affecting automotive finance
  • Collect payments when necessary
