About The Position

The Program Support Assistant is a cross-functional role that supports Redbird Flight Plan across its major areas of work. This position will include contributing to workshops, written content, outreach planning, and campus partnerships. This position is intended to address immediate program needs and will begin as soon as hiring and onboarding are complete, with the possibility of continuation into the next academic year based on program needs, performance, and student availability. Student employees are eligible to participate in the University’s 403(b) Plan. More information can be found here . Redbird Flight Plan is a campus program focused on helping students feel more grounded and confident about everyday money decisions. The work emphasizes clarity, stability, and reducing stress through approachable content, conversations, and campus programming—rather than technical instruction or financial advice. No background in finance or business is required for this position; the work focuses on communication, organization, and supporting fellow students rather than technical financial content.
