About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-volume Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in the Metro Detroit area. This role is critical to our sales process, ensuring customers receive a seamless, transparent, and customer-focused experience while securing financing and protecting their vehicle investment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, ethical, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and dealership regulations
  • Experience working with a variety of lenders and credit tiers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient computer and typing skills (dealer management systems experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and compliant manner
  • Offer and explain aftermarket products, including: Vehicle Service Contracts Tire & Wheel Protection Key Replacement Protection GAP Coverage Windshield Protection Theft Protection Products
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to finance and insurance transactions
  • Accurately structure and submit deals to lenders, including banks and financial institutions
  • Maintain strong knowledge of lender programs, guidelines, and approval criteria
  • Prepare and review all finance documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Deliver a transparent, ethical, and customer-centric buying experience
