Requirements

Minimum 15 years’ experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Hands on with high attention to detail
Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS office and Microsoft Dynamics
Strategic thinker and planner

Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred

Responsibilities

Forecasting, planning, modeling and strategic plans
Management reporting and presentations
Prepare monthly and quarterly memo for Gränges
Leads aluminum hedging process
Monthly financial reporting to Gränges
Leads the annual budget process
Leader for the Gränges Risk Board
Insurance values and claim submission
Weekly and monthly cash forecasting for Gränges
Monitor and report on effectiveness of internal controls
Implement and update reporting tools
Corporate accounting and reporting
Lead monthly review of corporate expenses
Provide audit support
Review compliance with Gränges accounting policies
Coordinate tax documentation for third party providers
Income tax planning
Customer credit analytics
Work in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to all safety rules and practices.
Represent the company’s core values of being committed, action oriented, innovative and accessible.
Other related duties as assigned
