Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Hands on with high attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS office and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strategic thinker and planner

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting, planning, modeling and strategic plans
  • Management reporting and presentations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly memo for Gränges
  • Leads aluminum hedging process
  • Monthly financial reporting to Gränges
  • Leads the annual budget process
  • Leader for the Gränges Risk Board
  • Insurance values and claim submission
  • Weekly and monthly cash forecasting for Gränges
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of internal controls
  • Implement and update reporting tools
  • Corporate accounting and reporting
  • Lead monthly review of corporate expenses
  • Provide audit support
  • Review compliance with Gränges accounting policies
  • Coordinate tax documentation for third party providers
  • Income tax planning
  • Customer credit analytics
  • Work in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to all safety rules and practices.
  • Represent the company’s core values of being committed, action oriented, innovative and accessible.
  • Other related duties as assigned
