About The Position

You will act as the financial lead for Personal Care NACA as well as regional group functions (Marketing, finance, tax, legal, IT, HR) and drives NACA regional finance initiatives. The role oversees FP&A leadership for the respective PC division + group functions and manages the overall financial planning process (weekly and monthly forecasts, budget and strategy process) and the related management reporting process. It also includes ad-hoc financial analysis supporting profitable business growth. As part of NACA business control group it is also expected that you drive and lead regional financial topics and improvement projects.

Requirements

Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
8+ year’s experience gained in a corporate finance environment, preferably within a multi-national, matrix-structured European based company
Strong knowledge of business performance management and financial reporting processes and tools
Outstanding analytical skills: can source, analyse and present complex information in an international environment
Experience with formalizing and implementing a strategy for a business line / business unit
Ability to improve existing processes and implement new procedures and tools
Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a professional approach and a flexible mindset
Sense of ownership combined with a focus on delivering results and making a positive impact to the company
Strong interpersonal, intercultural and team skills, ability to influence without authority
Excellent oral and written communications skills and effective in a team-oriented matrix management structure
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Discreet and sensitive to the needs of a large organisation
Developed Business acumen
Strong organizer: delivers accurate, complete and in time
Problem-solver by use of common sense and hands-on approach
Able to prioritize effectively
Ability to work under pressure and to reporting deadlines

Nice To Haves

Experience in a life sciences / Personal care or distribution company is a strong plus
Other languages in addition to English is an advantage
