Position Overview The Finance Director is responsible for strategic financial leadership, overseeing all accounting, finance, and reporting activities across the organization. This role partners with executive leadership to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide business decisions.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive finance experience
- Proven leadership and strategic decision-making ability
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Lead finance team, including managers and senior staff
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide insights to executive leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Participate in M&A, investments, and major financial projects as needed
