Introduction The Finance Director is a key member of the TT Electronics Perry location leadership team. This role is responsible for financial operations, planning and reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The Finance Director will lead a team as a trusted partner and consultant to the Vice President & General Manager and to site leadership to drive business results.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous Finance leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing accounting.
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to transform data into actions.
  • Experienced in both the understanding and ownership of the core financial statements and business forecasting.

  • Experience with Hyperion financial reporting systems

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Perry location General Manager and Group Finance to provide overall business support as a tactical & strategic advisor.
  • Lead and develop team to provide insightful analysis to support business decisions, driving analysis to action.
  • Ensure the site operates in accordance with the TT Group policies and internal control framework, ensuring the sound financial management and control of the Company’s operations.
  • Manage the financial outlook, ensuring an accurate forecast and understanding key drivers of variances.
  • Provide the necessary support to meet timely commitments, with a high quality of work.
  • Understands key contracts and KPIs, providing analysis of variances and support of corrective actions as required.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts and annual strategic plans and budgets for the site.
  • Display the highest levels of professional integrity, ethics, honesty and personal credibility.
  • Do the right thing, particularly with respect to the safety and well-being of self and others.
