CPCNH is a nonprofit public power agency created by New Hampshire municipalities to provide competitive electricity supply, local energy programs, and long-term energy infrastructure development. We serve approximately 180,000 retail electric accounts across the state. With annual revenues exceeding $100 million, CPCNH expands competitive electricity choices to member communities and retail customers. CPCNH operates in the ISO New England regional wholesale energy market and plays a key role in advancing innovative energy initiatives and community-driven power programs. CPCNH is a growing public power organization at the forefront of New Hampshire’s evolving energy landscape. The Finance Director will play a key role in shaping the organization’s financial future, including strengthening financial infrastructure, supporting wholesale power market participation, and developing the financial capacity to invest in new energy resources. The Finance Director serves as CPCNH’s senior financial leader responsible for financial strategy, treasury management, and financial analysis and risk oversight. The position oversees the organization’s finance function, including budgeting, accounting oversight, treasury operations, financial reporting, and coordination with external accounting and audit partners. The Finance Director works closely with the volunteer Board Treasurer to ensure sound financial oversight, transparent reporting, and strong financial governance.
